Monique has been part of the family business for more than 15 years and now supports the day-to-day operations of Accredited Training Company.

With a background in group fitness, lifeguarding, swim teaching, aqua aerobics and deep-water running, Monique understands both the training industry and the needs of students, trainers and workplace clients.

A Gold Coast local, she enjoys organising, marketing and helping the business grow. Monique manages workplace training enquiries, course scheduling, enrolments, Training Desk access, student reminders and certificate processing.

She is often the friendly voice behind our emails and phone support, helping ensure every stage—from booking through to certification—is simple, clear and well organised.
