Online Theory allows participants to begin learning from the comfort of home and ensures for short, thorough, and engaging practical session.
This learning should be completed prior to the scheduled training day.

Pre-course learning includes:
Short, easy-to-follow instructional videos
Multiple-choice questions to confirm understanding
Benefits of pre-course learning:
Reduces theory time during the practical session
Ensures all participants are up to date with current knowledge
Builds confidence when applying first aid skills
Allows flexible, self-paced completion at any time
Expected timeframes:
CPR: 45–60 minutes
First Aid: 1–3 hours
Childcare First Aid: 2–4 hours
Returning students may skip the instructional videos and proceed directly to the assessment questions.
Training Desk access:
Once practical training is confirmed, access is provided through Training Desk, where participants can:
Log in on any device (Google Chrome recommended)
Save log in details for faster future bookings
View and manage previous certificates
Submit feedback upon course completion
