Good afternoon, 
I have just done my course with Zoe, at Helensvale cultural centre. Can I just say how much I enjoyed
the course. I have been attending my first aid and CPR with accredited training for almost 9 years. I
found Zoe to be very professional but at the same time very friendly, approachable and welcoming. I
instantly felt calm and ready to learn. Zoe’s approach to teaching was amazing. Even though the
course was covid compliant with no physical interactions, the way Zoe engaged the class it felt very
interactive. I gained so much more knowledge, even after doing the courses for years. I will definitely
want to do the course with Zoe again!
